Busch lamps are equipped with light emitting diodes (LEDs) which produce a lifelike illumination and work with a current of 2 volt only. The correct current supply for the LEDs is ensured by resistors (thicker parts of the cables) which may not be removed to avoid the destruction of the lamps. The cables of the lamps are to be connected to a transformer with a 14 - 16 volt AC or DC output.
